Film Therapy That Makes Sense: Courage And Reconciliation
A meeting following the screening of the film YOUNG PLATO, dir. Neasa Ní Chianáin, Declan McGrath
Is there a space for dialogue in difficult situations and conflicted communities? How to work with children and teenagers who grow up in hostile environments? The long-standing experience of the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe proves that by going beyond prejudices and one's limitations, it is possible to overcome conflicts and divisions. The film Young Plato about the headmaster of a Catholic primary school in Belfast, a city deeply divided by long-standing conflict, will serve as a starting point for the discussion.
