A tasting following the screening of the film MEAT THE FUTURE, dir. Liz Marshall
Is there a future without meat? What could it look like? These questions will be addressed not only by the film Meat the Future but also by the Food Think Tank collective – a bunch of individualists and experts in multiple fields who focus on the process of common learning and progression. After the screening, they will offer a shared meal, or rather a tasting table consisting of 32 illuminated holes with different meat substitutes. The tasting experience is meant to be deliberately disrupted by lighting effects and spark conversations between the testers.
