An award-winning documentary filmmaker. She works closely with her protagonists. Her first full-length documentary, "My Beautiful Broken Brain," was produced by David Lynch and nominated for an Emmy Award, as well as won other documentary awards, including IDFA DOCU Award. She recently received an RTS Award and a BAFTA Award for "Living donor" – one of four films as part of the Netflix docu-series "Surgical Cut".
