Dance workshop for seniors

Dancing helps regain fitness and fight stress. It also stimulates the release of endorphins – the happiness hormones, which are secreted regardless of age. That is why this year, Millennium Docs Against Gravity opens its dance floor to seniors, inviting them to take part in a dance class led by a professional instructor, who will also share his stories from training sessions and intergenerational dance sessions.
