Senior Film Club. A talk preceding the screening of the film CALENDAR GIRLS, dir. Love Martinsen, Maria Loohufvud
The Senior Film Club at the Lower Silesian Film Centre has been active for almost a decade, every Tuesday bringing together a regular group of senior (and not only) audience. The program consists of thematic cycles featuring films carefully selected from the classics and the recently released productions. During the Millennium Docs Against Festival, we will host an additional meeting on Thursday. The coordinator of the Senior Film Club, Małgorzata Konieczna will present the film Calendar Girls, which is an extremely optimistic portrait of a senior dance group from Florida. After the screening of the film (the hit of the recent Sundance Film Festival), join us for a dance workshop.
