Meeting with Maciej Krajewski following the screening of the film THREE MINUTES - A LENGTHENING

Partner: Łazęga Poznańska Association

An exceptional three-minute amateur video from 1938 becomes the basis for an investigation into the protagonists of the film, as it is perhaps the only surviving record of their existence in times of peace. For as long as we watch and analyse these three minutes, the history of the Jewish community in Nasielsk will persevere.

The film will serve as a starting point for a conversation with Maciej Krajewski, who for many years has been wandering around with his camera and has created an unusual place on the map of Poznań - Atelier w Sercu Miasta. As Łazęga Poznański, he runs an independent cultural centre where, in a digital repository, he rescues and collects old photographs, films, and family and city histories, presenting them at exhibitions.

Host:

Olga Sokal - a graduate of Russian and English philology at Adam Mickiewicz University. For the last decade, she has worked for radio and television stations in Poznań. She is a spokeswoman for such festivals as Poznań Design Festival, ANIMATOR and - for the second time - Millennium Docs Against Gravity Poznań. She currently works for lubimyczytać.pl as a brand and PR specialist. Even though her life is full of variables, one thing remains the same: she simply likes people.
