Laughter Yoga Workshop following the screening of the film MISSION: JOY. FINDING HAPPINESS IN TROUBLED TIMES, dir. Louie Psihoyos, Peggy Callahan

In Polish only

Partner: Kameralne Studio Jogi

Laughter is the best medicine! Every smile makes your heart happy. Where does laughter yoga come from? The idea originated in India, started by Dr Madam Kataria in 1995. Today there are over 6,000 laughter clubs in over sixty countries around the world.  Laughter improves your mood, reduces stress, oxygenates the body, and increases blood flow and the levels of happiness hormones.

A laughter yoga workshop under the guidance of an experienced instructor, Sylwia Rutkowska, will consist of about 45 minutes of practice, including laughing and breathing exercises. Laughter yoga is for everyone. We invite children, teenagers, adults and seniors – all you need is some willingness to try new things!

Registration (up to 20 participants) at: info@gcf.org.pl. Participants must also hold a ticket for one of the festival screenings of the film Mission: Joy. Finding Happiness in Troubled Times.
